Alexandria Zachariades, LMHC & EMDRIA Approved CIT, is a Naropa University graduate with a focus on Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychotherapy. Throughout her career, she has worked in various crisis settings, serving children, teens, and adults affected by sexual trauma. She has developed a niche in bottom-up processing by integrating traditional Clinical Mental Health Counseling with her expertise as a yoga teacher and somatic therapist, helping clients initiate their healing journey.
